Why recepie famous for?

Beef Seekh Kebab Seekh Kebab is a popular Indian appetizer typically eaten with a side of green chutney. These flavorful bites of lamb or beef are made with freshly ground whole spices. Traditionally, they’re made in a tandoor (a large clay oven), but most of us just make them on the grill.

Ingredients

Mince meat (beef) 1 kg

Onions 1 medium size, ground

Green chilies 4

Red chili powder 1 tsp ground

Raw papaya paste (with skin) 1 tsp

Fresh coriander (chopped) 1 bunch

Onion 1 medium size, chopped

Green cardamoms 8

Black pepper ground 1 tsp

Chickpeas flour 4 tbsp

Egg 1

Instructions

In a bowl combine mincemeat with all the ingredients except ghee and mix well.

Knead it with hands for about 5- 10 minutes. (It is necessary to knead it because the tenderizer (papaya) should mix well in order to make the kebab soft.

Leave for two hours.

Knead once again.

Take a small portion of the mixture in your hands and put it on a skewer to be roasted directly on flame for a minute and later fried with a little ghee in a frying pan.

Note: For smearing extra ghee on kebabs, tie a small piece of muslin to a stick,

and dip it in the ghee and spread it on the kebabs
